The Central Student Desk is the first contact for practical information concerning your study. You can turn to the Central Student Desk with questions about:
- Enrolment, admission and de-enrolment
- Student counselling
- Student portal
- Certified copies
Opening hours
We are available by phone and by e-mail from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm. Every working day between 11:30 am and 1:00 pm we have an open visiting hour and we can help you at the Central Student Desk without an appointment. On public holidays and the period between Christmas and New Year, the Central Student Desk is closed.

We are available by telephone and email from Monday to Thursday, from 10.00 to 12.30 and from 13.30 to 16.00. During this period, we can only be visited by appointment. You will find us in the Elinor Ostrom Building, room 00.210.
Period from 10 to 14 August 2026
We are available by telephone and email from Monday to Friday, from 10.00 to 12.30 and from 13.30 to 16.00. During this period, we can only be visited by appointment at the Berchmanianum, room 00.204. You can book an appointment using the button below.

Pop-up desk during Radboud Intro and the start of the 2026–2027 academic year
Period from 17 August to 4 September 2026
During this period, we are open for walk-ins only from 10.00 to 16.00 in the Berchmanianum, room 00.135. It is not possible to book an appointment. On Wednesdays, due to the pop-up desk, we are only available by telephone from 10.00 to 12.30.
