Helpdesk

The Helpdesk team is responsible for staffing the ICT Helpdesk, physical desks and on-site support. In doing so, it is the first point of contact for users with questions about ILS products and services, recording user requests, recording and resolving incidents, issuing materials (books, equipment) and providing access to services such as printers, WiFi and accounts.
