In this short workshop series, we will delve into the basics of supervision, explore our roles as supervisors, and reflect on our own experiences with being supervised. We'll discuss learning and intrinsic motivation, effective feedback, and the psychological contract of supervision. While we will discuss some theory, the workshop series is designed to be interactive, requiring your active participation. By the end, you'll leave with practical tools and insights to help you prepare for your first – or next – supervision meeting.
