Roundtable: Future of Neurotechnology

Exploring the boundaries of brain-computer interfaces: scientific limitations, future opportunities, ethical dilemmas, and the alignment between AI and user intent.

Dutch neuroscience initiatives, DBI2 and INTENSE, are proud to announce an upcoming roundtable event titled "The Future of Neuroscience." This engaging forum will convene a panel of distinguished experts to delve into the advanced realm of brain-computer interfaces (BCIs). The discussion will focus on the scientific boundaries, emerging opportunities, ethical considerations, and the crucial alignment of artificial intelligence with user intentions.

The roundtable will be moderated by DBI2 Director Prof. (Radboud University) and INTENSE Director Pieter Roelfsema (Netherlands Institute for Neuroscience). Panel speakers are:
