According to the Radboud University Doctorate regulations, the supervision team is set up within 3 months of start and this team and the method of supervision is laid down in the Training and Supervision Plan (TSP). This TSP is then approved by the Graduate School. If the supervision team changes after it has been set up, this must be submitted to the Graduate School, giving reasons for the requested change. You do not need to upload a new TSP for this purpose.
Procedure Request for Change of Supervision Team
- Supervision team and PhD student submit the request jointly, i.e. all involved in cc
- In the request, the reason for the change of the PhD team is justified
- If a request is made to add a (co)supervisor, it should be indicated what the manner and frequency of supervision of this supervisor is (has been) during the PhD trajectory (as requested in the TSP) and in which chapters of the thesis this supervisor is (has been) involved.
- Please send the request to the Faculty PhD coordinator (horafinita [at] radboudumc.nl (horafinita[at]radboudumc[dot]nl), horafinita [at] science.ru.nl (horafinita[at]science[dot]ru[dot]nl), or horafinita [at] socsci.ru.nl (horafinita[at]socsci[dot]ru[dot]nl)) with the Graduate School Coordinator (dgcncoordinator [at] donders.ru.nl (dgcncoordinator[at]donders[dot]ru[dot]nl)) in cc.
