The purpose of this scientific research is to gain feedback on a new intervention program that is designed to increase well-being. We are seeking volunteers to provide feedback on our activities and their experience.
What does the research involve?
The program is one week long, starting in April, and involves keeping a daily 5–10-minute journal where you jot down your observations of the world around you. Additionally, there are a few activities that you can do to practice your observation skills, such as watching short videos (15 minutes), taking a walk outside (at least 15 minutes), or exploring a new place in your own or another city, like visiting museums or discovering new parts of the city (several hours).
After you have completed our program, you will be invited to an interview that lasts 15-30 minutes to give us your feedback, opinions, and experience.
What do you get?
In exchange for your participation and feedback, we will compensate you with 10 euros.
If you want to sign up, please fill out the questionnaire.
