For the academic integrity day the preferred option is to follow the Donders Academic Integrity day which is organized once a year by the Donders Graduate School. However, PhD candidates within the Radboudumc can alternatively follow the Radboudumc Integrity course (2 days, multiple times per year) and PhD candidates within the faculty of science can follow the FNWI course (12 hours). Faculty of Science

All PhD candidates who have a contract at FNWI are obliged to take the following course to learn more about didactics. In addition, it is obligatory to follow a course on general skills required for a PhD trajectory (e.g. project management, communication, taking the lead). For Donders PhD candidates, the obligatory Donders Graduate School introduction day fulfills this requirement.

Radboudumc

Researchers of WMO-mandated research are required to take the BROK ('Basiscursus Regelgeving en Organisatie voor Klinisch onderzoekers'). Research personnel working on research falling within the scope of the WMO, CTR, MDR or IVDR are required to take a WMO GCP training course (unless already in possession of a valid BROK certificate, as the eBROK is a recognized GCP training course). More information can be found on the Radboudumc intranet.

Animal research

This course is designed to train participants in accordance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Experiments on Animals Act. The course includes all relevant topics related to the design of ethically, legally and scientifically appropriate animal experiments.
