Finishing your PhD

The Donders Institute proudly publishes the Donders Thesis Series, which features the PhD theses of candidates completing their doctoral research within our institute. Since its launch in 2008, the series has highlighted the broad range and depth of our work in brain, cognition, and behaviour. Take a look to get an idea of the research that has already been done.

Thesis Guidelines

To support PhD candidates throughout the final phase of their journey, we have also developed a set of clear and practical Thesis Guidelines. These show all formal requirements and will help you prepare a thesis that meets both academic and institutional standards.

Donders PhD Thesis Guidelines apply to all PhD candidates within the Donders Graduate School. The document provides a complete overview of formatting, submission and publication requirements.

Donders Thesis Series

All PhD candidates enrolled at the Donders Graduate School are required to publish their thesis in the Donders Thesis Series. The series is also open to external PhD candidates whose research is primarily conducted at the Donders Institute, offering them the opportunity to present their work as part of our academic community. Since each entry to the Radboud Repository is accessible, you are able to browse the full list:
