Programmes and available places

Four of the university’s Bachelor’s programmes are subject to numerus fixus. When more students apply for a programme than there are places available, they will need to take part in a selection procedure if they wish to get a place on the programme.

Numerus fixus at Radboud University

At Radboud University, there are four Bachelor’s programmes that have a maximum number of places available for the 2026-2027 academic year. This is known as numerus fixus. When more students apply for a programme than there are places available, they will need to take part in a selection or lottery procedure if they wish to try and get a place on the programme. This is often the case for these numerus fixus study programmes.
