Insight Forward – Development Program for Finance & Control

In the world of Finance & Control, it is essential to be prepared for future challenges. On the committee of the Mooiland housing association, the Radboud University has developed Insight Forward  to guide professionals in this process. The programme uniquely blends a wide range of current scientific insights with societal perspectives and training to boost communication skills.

About the training

From a unique combination of science, skills & society, Radboud University prepares specific departments and teams within an organisation for future challenges. Are there teams that can better contribute to the change of direction within your organisation? Then they will be fully equipped with both substantive scientific knowledge and personal and team skills. The interactive sessions with training actors and colleagues from other organisations on topics such as communication, leadership, integrity, vision of the future and the role of AI offer great new insights.

For whom is the training intended?

This training is characterised by participants' advisory skills, which are further developed in combination with up-to-date knowledge about your sector and social transitions. These knowledge and skills are crucial in all kinds of functions, especially those where decision-making, strategic planning, customer service and policy or product development are central. These include sectors such as Consultancy (IT, Spatial Planning, Environment), Financial Services (banking and insurance), Healthcare, Governance and Policy (government) and Education.
