In the Learning Network for Innovations in the Energy Transition, professionals learn from and with each other. We are building a regional network in which learning, working and innovating are structurally linked.

In this Gelderlands collaboration programme, we train professionals to identify learning and development issues related to the energy transition at an early stage and translate them into concrete learning interventions, such as setting up and strengthening learning networks. Together with employers, educational institutions and government bodies, participants build a learning community in which knowledge and experiences are shared.
The Learning Network is an initiative of Radboud University, HAN/Seece, Talent for Transition in collaboration with other knowledge institutions in Gelderland.
This learning network, also known as GET IT RIGHT, is aligned with the Gelderland Human Capital Agendas and contributes to the cohesion between living, working, and development.
