Learning Network for Innovations in the Energy Transition

Network leadership: learning network for innovations

No single organisation can accelerate the energy transition on its own. The issues are complex, cross-border and constantly changing. In the Learning Network for Innovations in the Energy Transition, professionals learn from and with each other. We are building a regional network in which learning, working and innovating are structurally linked.

    General

    What is the Learning Network?

    A practice-oriented learning network developed in co-creation with employers and knowledge institutions in Gelderland.

    • Eight modules including exploring the future, articulating questions, community building and translating development needs into learning solutions.
    • A mix of online and physical sessions, practical assignments and workplace learning.
    • Part of a permanent regional learning network focused on the energy transition.

    Who can participate or join?

    • Professionals working at the intersection of learning, organising and innovating, such as: HR and L&D professionals, training coordinators, programme developers, policy advisors, innovation managers and change managers at companies, educational institutions or (semi) government organisations.
    • Organisations that want to contribute to the further development of the Learning Network by contributing practical issues and participants. In exchange, their professionals can participate in the programme free of charge.

    What does the Learning Network offer you as a professional?

    In this course, you will develop into a connector who:

    • recognises future competence issues at an early stage;
    • designs learning solutions that really work in practice;
    • builds internal and regional networks around learning and innovation;
    • helps organisations accelerate the energy transition;
    • recognised edubadge(s) that demonstrate what you have learned.

    For your organisation, participation means:

    • connecting your own development and innovation issues to regional knowledge, partners and learning solutions;
    • responding more quickly and effectively to new developments in the energy transition;
    • stronger strategic personnel development, focused on future competencies;
    • better connection to regional talent and initiatives.

    In this Gelderlands collaboration programme, we train professionals to identify learning and development issues related to the energy transition at an early stage and translate them into concrete learning interventions, such as setting up and strengthening learning networks. Together with employers, educational institutions and government bodies, participants build a learning community in which knowledge and experiences are shared.

    The Learning Network is an initiative of Radboud University, HAN/Seece, Talent for Transition in collaboration with other knowledge institutions in Gelderland.
