About the training

The training consists of three sessions in which you will gain insight into current thinking on careers and the different perspectives involved. The programme consists of a mix of useful models, a compilation of relevant theoretical backgrounds, recent insights and practical tools in various subfields. Under the guidance of an expert, you will learn to translate this to your own practical situation.
