Study programme Master's Human Geography: Borders, Migration and Justice

The Master’s specialisation in Borders, Migration and Justice is taught at the Nijmegen School of Management. It has a course load of 60 EC* (one-year) and offers space for elective courses, with which students can give their programme their own personal finishing touch. 

* European Credit Transfer System (ECTS): The workload of an academic year is equivalent to 60 European credits (EC), where 1 EC point is 28 hours of study.

You are free to choose the elective courses yourself, provided that these add up to at least 12 EC and are taught at a Master’s level. We would suggest selecting courses that are related to the themes taught in this specialisation and/or to your Master Thesis Research. You can for instance choose courses from one of the other Human Geography Master Specialisations or from related Master’s programmes at Radboud University, such as the following electives.
