Business Administration

Our programme in Business Administration is designed to impart you with the skills to design and implement organisational strategies and structures with the aim to create social and economic value. The focus is on responsible organisations which emphasises ways in which organisations interact with multiple stakeholders to perform sustainably. Within the Master's Business Administration, you have a choice between nine Master's specialisations.

  • Business Analysis and Modelling

    Do you want to learn how to apply formal methods and modelling, focussing on the analytical ánd social aspects of decision-making? Become a specialist in developing sound simulation models that are valuable when designing and evaluating strategies.

  • European Master in System Dynamics

    Learn how to build a system dynamics model, how to apply it to a variety of complex, real-life problems and how to facilitate the model-building process in such a way a strategic change can be achieved and policies can be implemented.

  • Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in Management

    Do you want to understand the challenges and issues related to managing gender equality, diversity and inclusion in organisations? Learn about purpose, values, and how to design EDI interventions for change.

  • Innovation and Entrepreneurship

    You will come to understand how and why organisations innovate and what challenges entrepreneurs face when starting their business in a changing environment.

  • International Business

    This specialisation of Business Administration will provide you with the tools and insights required to understand the complex and dynamic environments in which multinationals operate, by combining insights from economics and business administration.

  • Marketing

    Marketing is more than just selling products or services; it is about creating value with customers and other stakeholders. Learn to build and manage customer relationships and how these will help you in key marketing activities such as branding.

  • Organisational Design and Development

    How can you design and change organisations to deliver societally responsible and economically valuable contributions? Learn to successfully mobilise action in organisations to address contemporary societal challenges.

  • Responsible Digitalisation

    Do you want to play a key role in responsible digital transformation in and by organisations? Learn about (big) data, infrastructure and AI, as well as developing your critical thinking and skills about the implications of using digital technology.

  • Strategic Human Resources Leadership

    Do you want to analyse issues both involving people and the organisation? And do you want to think about them at the strategic level within an organisation? Learn how to optimise organisational, team, AND individual performance, and employee well-being.

  • Strategic Management

    Come to understand strategic management processes in relation to the dynamic and complex environment organisations are confronted with. Learn to deal with various stakeholder groups, to define, evaluate and optimise an organisation's strategy.

  • Pre-Master's Business Administration

    When your educational background does not grant you direct admission to the Master's programme in Business Administration, you can enrol in a pre-Master's programme. Finishing one of these programmes grants direct access to the Master’s programme.
