What will you learn

You will analyse EU primary and secondary legislation, case law from the Court of Justice of the European Union, and laws from relevant jurisdictions. By the end of the programme, you will understand how international, European, and national laws interact in business regulation, preparing you to navigate today’s complex legal landscape, including challenges in digitalisation, artificial intelligence (AI), and sustainability.
