In that case, the Dual Degree Programme with the Universitas Gadjah Mada in Indonesia might be something for you! Upon completion of the programme you will receive a Master degree in Coastal Area and Watershed Management (MPPDAS) from the Universitas Gadjah Mada and a MSc in Human Geography from Radboud University.
This programme consists of a total of 112 EC credits.

MPPDAS produces highly qualified graduates with sound knowledge of coastal and watershed management who are able to address environmental problems using geographical approaches, remote sensing and geographic information systems.

During the second year, you will follow courses at Radboud University. Students are allowed to select one specialisation within the Human Geography programme out of the following six: Conflict, Territories and Identities; Cultural Geography and Tourism; Economic Geography; Europe: Borders, Identity and Governance; Globalisation, Migration and Development; Urban and Cultural Development.
Admission and Application
The candidates for the dual degree programme are the first-year students of the Master’s programme on Coastal Area and Watershed Management in The Universitas Gadjah Mada. To apply for admission to the Dual Degree Programme, candidates are selected to apply for the second year at Radboud University on the basis of academic merit, motivation and overall potential to succeed in an international academic environment. Students must satisfy all admission criteria that are appropriate for enrolment in both The Universitas Gadjah Mada and Radboud University.
During the first year of study at The Universitas Gadjah Mada, you will pay the tuition fee of Rp, 70,000,000. However, during the second year you will study at Radboud University. More information regarding the tuition fee at Radboud University can be found on the tuition page.
