What will you learn
This specialisation teaches you about the relevance of gender equality, diversity, and inclusion in organisations. It highlights the social responsibility of organisations for gender equality (SDG5), diversity and inclusion. It highlights that organisations play an active role in the problem of social inequalities (SDG10), but that they are also key to a solution as people from different backgrounds meet each other at work, and find ways to collaborate. The programme will make you understand underlying power dynamics, organisational cultures, inclusive leadership and intersectional equality.
