What can you do with a Master's in Organisation Design and Change Management?
Our alumni move on to do and further develop themselves in (senior) management or (senior) consulting positions, for others this Master's constitutes a stepping stone to obtain a traineeship, to start their own firm, and/or pursue an academic career through obtaining a PhD in Business Administration. Competences: what have you learned
In the Master's specialisation in Organisation Design and Change Management, you will gain expertise in designing and changing organisations to deliver societally responsible and economically valuable contributions. In particular, you (1) learn current theories about core challenges in the structure and social practices of organisations, (2) acquire analytical and communicative skills to address these challenges, and (3) develop yourself as a reflective academically-trained professional in this field.
After your studies
Through the programme you are well-equipped with profound expertise needed to successfully design and change organisations in contemporary society. Given the value of this expertise for organisations, pursuing this Master's specialisation offers a wide range of opportunities as indicated by positions occupied by our alumni, including:
- Change-, design- or strategy consultant at both large and more specialised consulting firms such as Berenschot, Cap Gemini, EY, IG&H, Gzicht, Q-Consult, SeederdeBoer and Twynstra Gudde.
- Change-, project- or general manager at national and international companies such as ABN-AMRO Bank, Alliander, Zwitserleven, ProRail, and Royal Schiphol Group.
- Internal advisor, manager of policy officer at NGO’s or governmental ministries such as Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate, Justice and Security, and Defense.
Alumni also are well-qualified for PhD candidate/Junior lecturer positions at renowned Universities within or outside the Netherlands.
