Why study Strategic Human Resources Leadership in Nijmegen?
The Employee Journey will be the guiding topic throughout the curriculum. You will discuss the different phases of this phenomenon and connect them to five key themes: digitalisation, leadership, change, paradox thinking, and ethics/dignity. By linking these themes to current developments in the labour market and broader society, you will learn what it means to sustainably support employees through these phases in their careers, while adding value to organisations as well. Additionally, you will not only study HR theories, policies, and practices, but also develop the leadership skills needed to bring people together, manage conflicting stakeholder interests, and make evidence-based HR decisions. Through case studies, simulations, and real-life projects, you will learn how to translate research insights into concrete actions.
