Jean Monnet Scholarship programme

The Jean Monnet Scholarship Programme, a project funded by the EU, aims at increasing expertise in the EU field and supporting Turkey’s administrative capacity building efforts for the effective implementation of the EU acquis within the framework of Turkey’s negotiation process for the full membership to the EU.

Conditions

Who can apply? 

  • Those currently working in Türkiye in public sector 
  • Those currently studying as senior or graduate (master’s or PhD) students in universities in Türkiye 
  • Those currently working in universities in Türkiye as academic or administrative staff 
  • Those currently working in private sector and CSO’s

Amount of scholarship

The scholarship (for 2024-2025) covers the following; Tuition fees (up to maximum 22.000 Euros), Monthly living expenses Fixed amount (3.500 Euros) for various expenses payable only once (educational materials, travel, insurance etc.).
