Once you have completed the application in Studielink, you will receive instructions by email about what you will still need to do to enrol in your programme. You will only be enrolled once your admission has been approved by the Examining Board and your previous education has been verified.
Radboud University enrolment procedure
Step 1: Payment of tuition fees
You will need to indicate in Studielink how you wish to pay your tuition fees.
When you applied for a programme, you will automatically receive an email when it is possible to enter the payment options. This is usually in mid-June.
Step 2: Check the status of your enrolment request
Make sure that you regularly check both your ‘To Do’ actions in Studielink and the detailed information page for your enrolment request. The status of your enrolment request in Studielink will eventually change from ‘Request submitted’ to ‘Enrolled’.
If you have completed all of your ‘To Do’ actions in Studielink, but the status of your enrolment request is still ‘Request submitted’ and there is only two weeks to go before the start of your study programme, please contact the Student Information Desk (see contact information below this page).
The enrolment procedure in Studielink will need to be completed by 31 August for study programmes that start in September and by 31 January for study programmes that start in February.
Step 3: Download your proof of enrolment
Once you have enrolled, you can download your proof of enrolment via Osiris Student.
Step 4: Upload a photo for your student card
If you are a new student at Radboud University, you will receive your login details for your Radboud account by email. This will grant you access to systems such as Osiris Student. You will also receive an email about uploading your passport photo for your student card.
