We rent our rooms per half-day session and offer a reduced rate for use of several half-day sessions. There is also the possibility of making specific arrangements. The separate prices for room hire apply if purchased in addition to a meeting package (e.g. for a conference requiring several rooms).

Soeterbeeck has several rooms suitable for all kinds of purposes. The rooms are fully equipped, including AV equipment and options for digital meetings, flip charts, stationery and more. Different meeting set-ups are possible in the halls. The capacity of the meeting room depends on the set-up:
