To register a communication issue, we ask you to fill in this form. Upon receipt, one of the Career Service Arts staff will contact you to discuss the assignment.

Please note that application forms that are not fully completed will be returned to you with a request to complete them. This may mean delays, which we will not be responsible for.

We do not collect more personal data than necessary. Career Service Arts processes the data to properly inform Radboud University students about your communication issue. In addition, we include the data in our client database for effective service. We may approach your organisation in the future for (other) interesting projects aimed at reducing the gap between students and the labour market. If we do not keep the data for any of those purposes, we may still keep the data for archival purposes. That is, they will be used only for historical or statistical purposes.
