During an assessment with multiple choice questions, you fill in your answers on a multiple choice test form. This form is checked automatically. It is therefore important that you fill in your form correctly.
Filling in a multiple-choice answer form
Steps
What to do and what to pay attention to?
- At the top left, fill in all requested details, such as your name and study programme.
- Enter your tracking number at the top centre of the form. This is the same as the number on the candidate list and corresponds to your seat.
- Enter your student number in the empty vertical row of boxes at the top right. Next to each number, you should also colour in the corresponding circle.
- Below student number you will find the exam version. Some assessments have more than one version. If so, you will find the number of your version on the question sheet. Write this number in the empty box and colour in the corresponding circle. If your assessment does not have multiple versions, leave this box blank.
- The rest of the form consists of answer options that correspond to the questions on the question sheet. For each question, fully colour the circle you think is the right answer with a black or blue pen.
- Want to change a coloured circle? Just cross out the wrong circle and colour in the correct one.
