Steps

1. Step 1: Change password in Account Portal

   Note: Remember to turn off internet and wifi on all your mobile devices.

   Before changing the password on your mobile devices, first change your Radboud password in the Account Portal.

2. Step 2: Changing the password for your Radboud mail

   1. Click on the arrow at the bottom right;
   2. Scroll down and click on Settings;
   3. Click on e-mail & accounts;
   4. Then click on your Radboud mail address;
   5. Type in your new password and click the box for 'Server requires encrypted connection';
   6. Click the check mark at the bottom of the page.

3. Step 3: Changing the password for Eduroam

   Note: This can only be done when you are on campus.

   1. Turn on internet/wireless on your Windows phone
   2. Click on the arrow at the bottom right
   3. Scroll down and click on Settings
   4. Click on Wi-Fi
   5. Hold down eduroam and then choose delete
   6. Click on eduroam
   7. Enter your u, e or s number followed by @ru.co.uk and enter your new password
   8. Click on Done
   9. Click on accept

   You have now finished changing the Radboud password on your Windows phone.
