PV Radboud digital membership card on your smartphone

This guide will help you install your digital membership card for the PV Radboud staff association on your mobile phone. We’ll also explain how to add your membership card to your home screen, so you’ll always have it within reach.

Steps

  1. Download je digitale PV Radboud-pas

    Use this link to download your pass: https://pvradboud.memberapp.nl/

    Please note: this is only possible if you have already received an instruction email.

  2. Add your digital membership card to your phone’s home screen

    Please go through this process on your smartphone. You can then easily add the digital membership card to your phone's home screen so you always have it to hand:

    • iPhone (Safari): click on ‘the sharing icon’ at the bottom, then choose ‘Put on home 
      screen’.
    • Android (Chrome): click the ‘Add to home screen’ button.

Frequently asked questions

  • I did not receive a verification code. The e-mail with your verification code may have ended up in your spam. Check your spam folder for this. The sender of the e-mail is: noreply [at] memberapp.nl (noreply[at]memberapp[dot]nl)
  • I did not manage to download the pass within one hour the first time. No problem, you can download the pass as many times as you like. There is no charge for this. 
  • I want to forward the e-mail to another e-mail address and download the pass from there. This is not possible. You can only download the pass using the e-mail address we have on file.
  • Can I share a screenshot of the digital pass with my partner/family members? No, this is not possible. The digital pass contains an animation at the bottom left, so it is visible that it is a live pass and not a screenshot. However, your partner can become a member of PV Radboud himself.
  • Terms of use: A discount provider can ask you for identification at any time. So make sure you always have this with you if you want to use a discount.
  • What happens if I cancel my membership? The digital pass is automatically deleted as soon as you are no longer a member.
  • Can I also download the pass from the Appstore or via GooglePlay? The digital pass is a web application. It does not require appstores.
  • Who provides the digital pass? We work together with Ledenpas.nl. This is a label of Media Point B.V.
  • Privacy and Data Security: What data is shared with the supplier of the digital pass? We only share your email address and your membership number.
