Our in-company courses offer your employees insight into different definitions and models of giftedness and practical tools for identifying and effectively guiding gifted people.

RITHA  Module: Fundamentals of Giftedness in Education

Would your employees like to further develop into an RITHA Practitioner or RITHA Specialist? That’s possible! After completing this module, they will receive exemptions for the RITHA program to become an ECHA-certified giftedness specialist. We can also offer the RITHA programme entirely as an in-company training.
