Scans on demand
- Prices are per page of archive material or photo to be scanned.
- All prices listed are excluding 21% VAT.
- For external parties, the first 20 scans are free of charge. If more than 20 scans need to be made, but no more than 50, administration costs will be charged. Each subsequent scan costs an additional €0.30 per scan.
- For internal staff, the first 50 scans are free of charge. Larger requests are always subject to further consultation.

Research
Do you require additional support with your search or do you have a complex research question that you would like assistance with? The archivist and collection specialists at the KDC are happy to help. But if your request is extensive and requires a considerable investment of their time, the KDC will have to discuss the additional costs with you.
Accelerated archive processing
Before an archive at the KDC is ready to be consulted by researchers, the archive material must first be sorted and organised. Describing the material and creating an inventory is also a labour-intensive process and therefore costly. When you donate an archive to the KDC and would like the material to be made available for education and research in the short term, a financial contribution for processing the archive would be appreciated.
