OO&R is a leading institute in the field of business law. It is a collaboration between the Faculty of Law and partners from legal practice.
Our mission is to explore and improve business law. We do this through fundamental research, the education of lawyers and an intensive exchange with legal practice. We are guided by the core values of quality and integrity. This is how we want to contribute to a resilient, sustainable and safe society.
Our orientation to legal practice is characteristic. Intensive cross-pollination between research, education and legal practice is vital to the relevance, quality and innovative power of our research.
