Dr I.V. Aronstein (Irene)

Irene Aronstein supports the Radboud Business Law Institute in the organization of its events. In addition, as a researcher at the Radboud Business Law Institute, Irene Aronstein carries out research concerning the concrete legal consequences of infringements of Union law in legal relationships between private parties. In December 2019 she defended her PhD thesis, titled 'Remedies for infringements of EU law in legal relationships between private parties'. She was awarded the Niels Stensen Fellowship which allowed her to set up a postdoctoral international book project. The volume is scheduled to be published in Autumn 2024.
