Working days Tuesday

My research focuses on early life influences on development. During pregnancy and the early postnatal years, environmental factors are more likely to exert programming, or long-term, effects on the child’s development. I specifically focus on work-life combinations of parents during the first 1000 days. Example research questions are: how do parents experience their return to work after having a baby? How do these experiences affect their care for the baby? How can we help parents transition smoothly back to work? How can we help parents provide optimal care for their infant?
