Prof. dr. José Bloemer conducts fundamental and applied research on market analysis and relations management (marketing and market research).
Her main research interests are, relationship management, consumer behavior, services marketing, international marketing, and market research. She has many national and international publications in for instance the Journal of Service Research, Journal of Service Management, Marketing Theory, Journal of Business Research, International Journal of Research in Marketing and Journal of Economic Psychology. She is a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Service Research and the International Journal of Bank Marketing. And she is a consultant in (international) relationshipmanagement.
