Vincent Bos (1992) studied philosophy and law at Leiden University and received his master's degree from the University of Heidelberg. He is currently a PhD candidate at Radboud University. He conducts research on the Plato reception of the Austrian-American jurist and legal philosopher Hans Kelsen (1881-1973). His research focuses on the philosophical, philological and intellectual context of this reception and the different authors that play a role for Kelsen in his work on Plato. The connection between Kelsen's Plato reception and his Pure Theory of Law (Reine Rechtslehre) is also examined.
