V.Y.G. Bouemar Dinocheau (Victor)

After a first career as a military officer in the French Navy and at NATO, Victor obtained his master degree (cum laude) in Political Science at the Radboud University. His PhD project, under the supervision of Dr. Romain Malejacq and Prof. Dr. Mathijs van Leeuwen, focusses on rebel-to-state transition in civil war.
