G.S. Breukelaar (Sjoerd)

Sjoerd Breukelaar is since November 2024 a PhD candidate at the Financial Law Centre, which is part of the Business and Law Research Centre (OO&R). He writes a dissertation on authorised (fraudulent) and unauthorised cashless payment transactions, taking the future Regulation on Payment Services in the internal market (PSR) into account.

Before this, Sjoerd completed his master’s degree in Dutch Law, with a master’s specialisation in Financial Law, at Radboud University Nijmegen cum laude.
