Paola Chaves conducts interdisciplinary social sciences research with a firm commitment to understanding and fostering social transformations. She specializes in the interplay between policy design, communication strategies, and bottom-up strategies for addressing inequalities in different organizational settings. More precisely, her research elucidates the challenges encountered by women and minorities, along with their strategies within diverse organizations and territories to promote social justice.
