Dr C.F. Perquin-Deelen (Charlotte)

Charlotte has a background in Dutch Law and Philosophy. She conducts multidisciplinary research into the legal and philosophical aspects of governance within semi-public corporate law. Her focus lies on the design of organizational and governance structures, leadership, integrity issues, conflict management, and employee participation.

Charlotte is the lead lecturer of the course Law & Ethics (Research Master) and also teaches in the Master’s program in Corporate Law.
