Dr. Sascha Füllbrunn is an Associate Professor in the Economics Department at the Nijmegen School of Management, Radboud University. He studied Economics and Management at the University of Hannover and earned his Diploma in 2004. In 2009, he completed his doctorate (Dr. rer. pol.) with honors at the University of Magdeburg.
After successfully acquiring a prestigious AFR research grant from Luxembourg’s National Research Fund (FNR), Sascha joined the Luxembourg School of Finance as a research fellow, where he worked until 2012. Before joining Radboud University, He continued his academic journey as a research fellow in the Strategic Interaction Group at the Max Planck Institute of Economics in Jena, Germany.
Sascha’s research spans a wide range of economic and financial decision-making topics, with a strong focus on experimental methods. His current work explores decision-making on behalf of others, sustainable finance, unconditional basic income, complexity economics, and interdisciplinary projects related to the healthy brain project. Sascha is married and has a daughter and a son.
