R. Groteboer (Rik)

Rik Groteboer is a PhD Candidate at the Radboud University. His research focuses on the Digital Services Act, more specifically, on the formal institutionalisation of ‘trusted flaggers’ and legal aspects surrounding the implementation of rules on ‘trusted flaggers’ in practice. His research is part of the EGOS project. Besides platform regulation, main research interests include intellectual property law, and other intersecting areas of law and digitalisation.

Rik graduated from the Legal Research master's programme at the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen in 2024.
