Karolin Grunau, MSc, is currently pursuing her PhD while working as a lecturer at the Department of Work, Health and Performance in the Behavioural Science Institute. Her research focuses on the effects of flexible work arrangements, specifically hybrid work, on women's employment. She is also interested in the impact of group and gender-based dynamics within private and organisational settings.
