Michelle van Haren is a PhD candidate and lecturer at the Van der Heijden Institute of the Radboud Business Law Institute.
Michelle graduated from Radboud University Nijmegen in Law and Management with a Master of Business Administration (specialization Strategic Management) and Master of Laws in specializations company law (cum laude) and criminal law (cum laude). Her current research focuses on the legal position and competencies of corporate bodies during formal corporate insolvency proceedings in a legal comparative perspective.
