Rapid advances in large-scale neural recording techniques (e.g. large-scale neural recordings, connectomics, and transcriptomics) bring forth many exciting opportunities to study the brain at unprecedented levels of scale and detail. I am especially interested in developing analysis methods that can bridge between these different recorded modalities, aiming to build more powerful and insightful biological models of the brain.
