T.S. Heuts (Tom) MSc

In the field of ecology, I’ve always been passionate about large scale ecological processes and how disturbances affect them. Studying how resilient ecosystems are to stress, finding out to what extent a natural system is able to resist and/or adapt and whether it’s able to recover afterwards is what I’m most excited about. I’m also always looking to expand my toolbox in data science (mostly R), in order to describe these systems in the best possible way.
