My expertise within this position lies in the area of guiding and supporting PhD students and lecturers of the Radboud University with regard to didactics, their personal development and the way they supervise students.
Thus, I teach in the continuous learning line for teachers of the RU. I am one of the lecturers of Education in a Nutshell and lecturer and coordinator of the course Thesis and Internship Supervision.
I am involved in the assessment of UTQ (University Teaching Qualification) and STQ (Senior Teaching Qualification) portfolios for the Faculty of Social Sciences. These qualifications exist to support the continuous learning line and development of lecturers, for the benefit of good education for the students at Radboud University and a clear certification of the lecturer.
Furthermore, I am available as a coach with an open consultation hour. From an intrinsic interest in sustainability, I am involved in sustainable teacher professionalization. In concrete terms, this means that I try to keep abreast of everything that happens in this field at the university and, where possible, contribute to it.
Our team works on optimizing teacher support on a daily basis and helps to ensure the quality of education and teacher development.
