Menno Hoppen is a PhD Candidate in Public Administration and conducts research on citizen participation in public service delivery. Specifically, he focuses on which factors influence co-production processes at the individual, organizational and institutional level. The main question he aims to answer is how public service providers can involve disadvantaged citizens in the delivery of public services.
Menno obtained a bachelors degree in History at the University of Groningen and a Masters degree in Public Administration at Radboud University.
