Dr R.H.T. Jansen (Rowin)

Rowin Jansen (1995) specializes in national security law. He graduated with honors in both History and Dutch Law. His doctoral research focused on the oversight of the AIVD and MIVD (the Dutch intelligence and security services). He also publishes on topics such as cyber operations, foreign interference, fundamental rights in the digital age, data processing within the national security domain, and the provision of classified information to parliament.
