Prof. A.U. Janssen (André)

Prof. Janssen is an expert in private law, especially in the field of contract and tort law, European private law, international sales law, comparative law, legal tech and artificial intelligence and law. He is the chief-editor of the European Review of Private Law (ERPL), editorial board member of the International Arbitration Law Review (IALR), board member of the German-Dutch Lawyers Association and a council member of the European Law Institute. He has published more than 170 scientific contributions and delivered more than 250 speeches worldwide. He is regularly involved in arbitrations and provides expert opinions nationally and internationally.
