During my PhD research, I study how diversity within migrant groups and socio-political factors play a role in the need for, awareness of, and participation in Lifelong Learning and Development. My research is part of the MILLION project, in which we employ a mixed-methods approach. The data is analyzed from an intersectional perspective to better understand differences within the population with a migration background.
