C.C. Kooloos (Chris)

As specialist in mathematics education, or "vakdidacticus wiskunde," Chris contributes to the mathematics track of the new master in science education: "Educatie in de Bètawetenschappen" in which he collaborates with colleagues from Science Education Research, Radboud Teachers Academy, and the department of Mathematics. Chris develops master courses in mathematics with an educational focus, he contributes to the minor "Didactiek van de bètawetenschappen" and he supervises bachelor and master theses concerning mathematics education. Chris has a PhD in mathematics education, and his thesis is titled: "Eye on Variety, the teacher's work in developing mathematical whole-class discussions."
