Currently I am working on a project in which I explore multiferroic quantum phase transitions using high magnetic fields and low temperatures. Specifically, I measure the electric and magnetic susceptibility of TbMnO3 and search for fingerprints of quantum fluctuations.
Previously I did a more technical project where I researched what physical properties a Tunnel Diode Oscillator picks up when you measure a magnetic conductor.
Additionally I worked on project about science communication in which I researched how physics is portrayed in Dutch newspapers.
